Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click "Get Started Free" on the homepage or navigate to the registration page. You can sign up with your email and password, or use Google Sign-In for a one-click setup.

What file formats can I upload?

eSign-Dusinye currently supports PDF files. Simply drag and drop your PDF into the document editor, or use the upload button to browse your files.

How do I send a document for signing?

After uploading a PDF, place your signature fields where needed, add signer email addresses, and click "Send." Each signer receives a secure link to sign from any device.

Can I try eSign-Dusinye before paying?

Absolutely! The Free plan gives you 5 documents per month with up to 3 signers each. No credit card required — just create an account and start sending.

Is there a mobile app?

eSign-Dusinye is a web application optimized for all screen sizes. Signers can sign documents on any device with a browser — no app installation needed.

How do I add signature fields to my document?

Open a document in the editor, then drag signature, initial, date, text, or checkbox fields from the field palette onto the document. You can resize and reposition fields with precision.

Signing & Documents

What types of signature fields are available?

eSign-Dusinye supports signature, initial, date, text, and checkbox fields. Each can be placed anywhere on your PDF with drag-and-drop precision.

Can I set a specific signing order?

Yes. When you add multiple signers, you can enforce sequential signing. Each signer is notified only when the previous signer has completed their fields.

What is bulk signing mode?

Bulk signing lets you collect many signatures on a single document. Choose public mode (anyone with the link can sign) for petitions and pledges, or private mode (email invitations) for consent forms and waivers.

How do signers sign without an account?

Signers receive a secure, time-limited link via email. They can sign directly from the link without creating an eSign-Dusinye account.

Can I void a document after sending it?

Yes. You can void any document from the document detail page. Voiding immediately revokes all signing links and notifies signers that the document has been cancelled.

How do I download the signed document?

Once all signers have completed their fields and the document reaches the "Signed" state, you can finalize it to generate the final PDF with embedded signatures, then download it from the document page.

Billing & Plans

What plans are available?

We offer three plans: Free (5 docs/month, 3 signers), Pro ($12/month with unlimited docs and bulk signing), and Business ($29/user/month with team management and API access). Annual billing saves 20%.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing from your account settings at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

Annual plans are refundable on a prorated basis within the first 30 days. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no further charges.

Do you offer nonprofit or education discounts?

Yes! We offer 50% off Pro and Business plans for verified nonprofits and educational institutions. Contact sales@esign-dusinye.com with your organization details.

What happens to my documents if I downgrade?

All your existing documents remain accessible regardless of your plan. A downgrade only limits new document creation and access to premium features going forward.

Security & Privacy

How are my documents encrypted?

Documents are encrypted with 256-bit AES at rest and transmitted over TLS 1.3. They are stored on Cloudflare R2 with server-side encryption.

Is eSign-Dusinye legally binding?

Yes. eSign-Dusinye is compliant with the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA, which give electronic signatures the same legal standing as handwritten signatures.

Can eSign-Dusinye employees read my documents?

No. Our architecture ensures that document content is private by design. We never read, mine, or monetize your document data.

What audit trail information is recorded?

Every action is timestamped and logged, including document creation, sending, field completions, IP addresses, email verification, and final signing. You can export the full audit trail as a CSV.

What happens to my data if I delete my account?

Upon account deletion, all your document data is purged within 30 days. Signed documents are retained only if other signers still need access.
