By creating an account or using eSign-Dusinye ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

eSign-Dusinye provides an electronic signature platform that allows users to upload documents, place signature fields, invite signers, and collect legally binding electronic signatures. The Service includes standard signing, bulk signing, template management, and document lifecycle tracking.

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

Electronic signatures created through eSign-Dusinye are intended to be legally binding under applicable electronic signature laws, including the U.S. ESIGN Act and similar legislation. You acknowledge that an electronic signature carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature.

eSign-Dusinye maintains an audit trail for each signed document, including timestamps, IP addresses, and signer identity verification.

You retain full ownership of all documents you upload to eSign-Dusinye. We do not access, read, or analyze the content of your documents for any purpose other than providing the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to upload and request signatures on any document you submit.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Forge, falsify, or misrepresent signatures or identities
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or documents
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications

We employ industry-standard security measures including 256-bit encryption, secure token-based authentication, and encrypted data storage. See our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we handle your data.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide notice when possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eSign-Dusinye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
